The WinegangTO celebrated Tom's birthday with fantastic wines from Bordeaux and Ontario VQA. The Gruaud Larose 2007 came from the WinegangTO trip to Madoc FR and the Kacaba merlot 2010 and Ridgepoint Cab merlot 2012 have been in our Cellars for quite a while and yes they've been improving with age just like everybody at the table. They were all wows! They went really well with a Cajun food and the great group we had for dinner.
